The homeowners of this home have previously worked with our sister company, Landfare Ltd., to create outdoor living spaces where they could entertain and relax. The existing back patio and decking of this home was removed to lay the groundwork for a new paver patio and pergola. What you can’t see is the view from this spot. Facing the Scioto River, these homeowners will enjoy a private view of the river that will be inspirational day or night. Take a look at the second floor windows on the home.
